Death is assured or served by divine decree: "You are dust and to dust you shall return" (Gen 3:19). This law of death over all men will run until the rapture, when the living will be relocated and will not see death (a co 15.51-58; 1 ts 4.13-16); Phil. 3:21). All who live at the end of the millennium and not rebel against God will be permitted to live in the new earth forever. Death will be destroyed and all things return to the state they were before Adam sinned (Revelation 20.7-10, 21.1-22, 1 Cor 15.24-28)
