I have studied this method saved me and like to share with my brothers in Christ.

"In my early years I assiduously follow this threefold way:

* First, I read through the Bible three times a year (eight chapters of the Old Testament, New Testament and two daily). I constantly persevered in it for ten years in order to get familiar with the content, which can only be achieved through consecutive readings.

When Adam sinned, God asked him why he sinned and because of that God said that the sweat from his face he eat bread, and likewise God asked Eve because she sinned and because of her sin God multiplied her pain to "give birth "it is recorded in Genesis 3:16-17 , but the serpent God had no dialog, just applied the penalty: "Then the Lord God said to the serpent: Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above all animals field on your belly and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life. Genesis 3:15 . "
