This cup!
September 9, 2009There are moments in our lives that we want the suffering to end, we think the cup is not good, do not understand that God has a purpose and that all things work together for our good, now we pray to God to get us out of suffering, and very often it does not strip.
The Lord Jesus also suffered, came to want to end the suffering that was not necessary to go through it "Saying, Father, if thou wilt, let this cup pass from me, nevertheless not my will but yours." Luke 22:42 , someone to go through Jesus could ignore his suffering, and even think he was very happy and was bursting with wine by the body, when actually what ran through his body was blood because of the great agony he was experiencing at that moment "And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly. And his sweat became like great drops of blood falling to the ground. Luke 22:44 , "the Lord Jesus while on this earth as a man has taught us that God's will is best, we can not understand the suffering and despised the written: "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28 , Jesus feared, but he was heard by that dreaded "Who in the days of his meat offering, with loud cries and tears, prayers and supplications to what could save him from death, was heard in that he feared " Hebrews 5.7 , He was heard, but the Lord Jesus had to go through it for the purpose of God's redemption of man could happen, and that the Father could also glorify again, "Father glorify your name. Then came a voice from heaven saying, I have both glorified and will glorify it again." John 12:28 , it was after suffering ending of the Lord Jesus, the Father glorified. ( Rev 1.12-20 shows the glorified Lord Jesus). Let us read Hebrews 2:8-9
